Immediately after arrest and detention by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), or Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), we will locate a detained family member, speak with the immigration officer in charge of his/her case, and assure that a prompt bond hearing is held. Our primary concern is making sure that a detained client is immediately released from the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and reunited with his/her family.

Our attorneys will also take all necessary steps to make sure that our client’s case is transferred to an Immigration Court close to their home as many clients are detained while traveling outside of the New York Metro Area.
